The Nexera Concept Bookcase / Room Divider is a striking piece of modern furniture that arouses the artistic sensibilities of the beholder. The bookcase boasts a fresh cinnamon cherry finish on both sides, allowing it to be used as a stand-alone room divider. Multiple units can be arranged side by side for a larger room divider, as shown in the image. Style alone won't please the function-oriented, but luckily for you, there are 12 shelves for books, treasures, and knickknacks. Ten small shelves form a perimeter around the center cabinet, which features two large shelves inside. Constructed from engineered wood (MDF) and scratch-, water-, and stain-resistant laminate, this modern bookcase room divider will bring convenience and contemporary style to your home. Assembly required.

We bought three for a room divider at our beach condo. They worked out perfectly for us. VERY fast delivery, and all in good shape via UPS. I am a Professional Engineer...so I am used to reading plans and deciphering specifications...but I still made a few mistakes in assembly even though I was following directions, or so I thought. It might be a Canadian thing...but the instructions seemed a bit sketchy and easily misconstrued in a couple places. But, that said, I am a happy camper and already bought another item from this producer.

Using as a storage/display and accent piece in a guest room. The storage portion (with door) conceals my needlework and sewing tools as well as some fabric, patterns, threads, etc, The piece is small enough to provide a lovely focal point in my small guest room. It does not overpower the room.
It required two people to assemble, which was frustrating as I am single, and is a heavy piece of furniture.

I'm very happy with this piece of furniture. The color in the photo more so represents the true color. Assembly may not be for the novice however. Instructions are laid out well but if you don't have prior furniture assemble experience then it may be a challenge. The box is extremely heavy at 125lb, feels more like 200lb. There were nicks on several parts but that is not due to packaging as it is packaged tight. There is a phone # for questions and concerns and for replacement parts but since the nicks were small it was no problem.
