Your Nordic Ware bakeware will last for years to come if you follow some simple use and care instructions. First, wash with hot soapy water before using it and after each use. Apply a thin coating of solid vegetable shortening followed by a dusting of flour, or a spray of unsalted vegetable shortening with flour in the spray, each time you prepare the pan for use. Also, keep in mind that not all mixes and recipes are the same so you should only fill the pan ¾ full to prevent overflow.
