Description
The stainless steel Nostalgia Electrics Chocolate Fondue Fountain is one of the most durable chocolate fountains on the market and perfect for all your special events - and it is easy to use. Simply pour melted white, milk, or dark chocolate into the base and switch on the motor. The stainless steel, auger-style fountain carries the chocolate to the top of the tower, where it flows down each tier for an exciting presentation. Your guests can dip a variety of goodies - fresh strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, pretzels, or pound cake squares.
This fondue fountain's durable, stainless steel base and three-tier stainless steel tower hold up to four pounds of chocolate. The fondue fountain disassembles easily for quick cleanup.

Comments about Nostalgia Electrics CFF552 Chocolate Fountain-Stainless Steel:
I ordered the fountain to use for chocolate fountain rentals. I own a cake shop and figured that it would be a good compliment to my business. I first used it at my uncle's party and everyone loved it. It was that hit of the party. I had read previous reviews saying that the fountain was loud. Not in my case. We did not hear it at all. It was quieter than any fountain that I have ever used. Clean up was a snap. The way the fountain disassembles is amazing. The price was excellent for what you get. I would definitely recommend this fountain to anyone.
Comments about Nostalgia Electrics CFF552 Chocolate Fountain-Stainless Steel:
I bought this fountain for an engagement party I was throwing, and was very happy with it. It was easy to set up and easy to clean. I would recommend Chocoley chocolate for it because I didn't have to add oil to it to run, and it tasted great. The only downfall to the fountain was the noise it made, but we had music playing so it really didn't make a difference. All in all i'm very happy with it, and can't wait to use it again!

Comments about Nostalgia Electrics CFF552 Chocolate Fountain-Stainless Steel:
[...] I got my chocolate fountain delivered before my party started. [...] The fountain was perfect and was definitely of commercial quality. It looks amazing when filled and flowing with chocolate. Setup is easy and takes about 5 minutes...10 minutes if you're putting it on a riser for elevation (extra 5 to make sure everything is level). I do recommend using the chocolate that's made for fountains (e.g. Sephra chocolate). It's easy to clean and everything is stainless steel. The Nostalgia motor is definitely audible, but as long as you're not serving a sit-down meal around it, it's cool. The noise level is similar to a 90s dishwasher. The Nostalgia fountain is worth the $ and in comparison to the Sephra 27" commercial fountains (which, I ended up purchasing as a backup locally in Hollywood for [$]), is a much better value. The Sephra commercial fountain was definitely considerably quieter and almost silent, but both ended up looking the same with chocolate flowing and neither mal-functioned over the course of 10 hours continuous operation. The Sephra's extra[$] is really for the noise differential, and perhaps an overall better motor, but not worth it. I recommend the Nostalgia fountain without reservation and suggest you give yourself enough lead time to allow for any shipping hiccups...just in case you need the fountain for a party. Good luck! You'll love the Nostalgia. I do.
