Although this item comes with simple,straightforward directions and is easy to assemble, there is a very definite problem with the machining of the threads for the screws that attach the leaf panels. Unfortunately, the threads are not machined properly and therefore it is impossible to turn the screws completely through the holes/grooves that have been predrilled in order to attach the leaf panels around the spinner. I had to purchase small nuts and bolts at the local hardware store to rectify this very serious problem, but I'm still not certain that these will hold the panels securely to allow them to rotate properly. For the amount I paid for this item, there should have been no problem of this type, which renders the item useless unless you gerry rig it.
