Such an improvement over my previous chair and my back is thankful. Major components have to be assembled but the process is straightforward and tools (two allen wrenches) are provided. Castors roll effortlessly on the medium pile carpet at my desk. Chair can be adjusted just about anyway you want it for maximum comfort. Glad I purchased it and price was attractive enough that the combo of price and quality provide plenty of value in my opinion.
