One thing that I particularly liked was that the chair was assembled with screws that required an Allen Wrench and they provided that tool as well as all the other elements for assembly. So now I have an attractive, well working desk chair and another Allen Wrench.

I needed a chair with lumbar support, tilt adjustements, that went to a height that fit my 6'3" frame. The online description fit, and was accurate as I found when I got the chair. Quick free delivery, easy to put together (the one tool needed even included !), can't get much better than that.
