Will never use again and post wherever I can how poor it was!
Wrong address on first shipment
Driver got lost
Part of the first set of goals that came were damaged beyond use as some one had run over the end parts not allowing them to be assembled. Still waiting on parts!
Second set of goals went to Detroit, not Denver, just how you at Hayneedle can't explain, lied to, misled, promised calls back hat did not occur.
Nothing here is inaccurate if you edit this response add lack of integrity and ethics to my concerns
Still have no useable equipment four weeks later, if you tried you could not have screwed this up more for kids that would have been using the goals.
Will go out of my way to make sure all teams and parents know (36,000) members know. You should be ashamed.
Not sure if your private, VC or PE backed but rest assured with this type of service investors are assured a loss of their capital.
