The clock face glass was broken into many pieces upon arrival. I just took it back the UPS store today to be returned. The disappointing thing is that we needed it for a grand opening this Sunday. And I fear the replacement will not make it here on time. I also fear, because no where on the box did it say "fragile" that it will break again in transit. I hope not.
