My daughter has a collection of owls, and I just couldn't resist this adorable wind spinner for her balcony. It is a gift, and I think she will be tickled. It came promptly, well packaged, and in fine shape. The actual spinner that was sent is not that shiny--perhaps he needs a little polish.
