Missing a couple washers but was able to assemble without them. Very easy to put together. Comfortable even without cushions.

they were good quality, VERY easy and understandable instructions (every thing well and simply labeled) - just one suggestion, get yourself a ratchet - it cuts assembly to 1/3 the time over included little wrench. Very favorably impressed!
