Comments about Paradigm 7101 Active Cycle Mini Exercise Bike:
I bought this machine because it was smaller and easier to use than the ones that come with an attached chair. I was expecting resistance training; something to get my heart going. Sadly this was not it. The cycle is motorized to go around by itself. There is no work needed to be done to pedal. I was hoping to use this for weight loss, but all it does is ensures that my legs are moving- I just put my feet in and the machine does all the work. That being said it would be great for physical therapy or people who want to be active without any effort.
Also, for the machine to work it needs to be plugged in (or it could ruin the motor if you use it without plugging it in) and the cord is not very long. This can get kind of tricky if you dont have open space next to an outlet.

Comments about Paradigm 7101 Active Cycle Mini Exercise Bike:
The machine is perfect for those who are not able to move freely on their own. The blue mat keeps the machine stable and prevents sliding. The hand control puts the person using the machine in total control. It is used by my husband who has lung cancer and the machine assists in keeping him active without using excessive energy. I would recommend this machine.
