Since it is heavy, the ability to disassemble for moving is a plus. EZ in place pegs. It compliments my very Asian/Contemporary decor.

The item was packaged well but it did arrive with 2 broken pieces. Thankfully both pieces aren't visible and some gorilla glue fixed it up okay. Poorly designed table construction and cheap wood. We found that it didn't align properly with the pre-drilled holes for the dowels provided and the wood appeared to be slightly warped. Also the finish on the top part of the stand isn't varnished smoothed like the other parts. Overall you get what you pay for – it's definitely not a solid well-built piece that will last the ages.
Assembly not difficult, comes with a 4 page picture manual/instructions which includes a list of materials and the amount provided.
For the good: The stand looks attractive (like the picture), the color and design works with the decor we have in our living area.
