My first and last online shopping experience has been disappointing to say the least! After the hours and hours of searching for the right kitchen table set, I was unable to track it to find out if I would have it for Christmas or not. Finally, after a few phone calls and persistence on my part I found out that I would have it in time for the holidays and the excitement of its arrival grew. Well it made to my house and i began to unpack and assemble the table. After getting the table put together all I had left to do was unpack the chairs. Unfortunately, I did not receive the chairs that matched the table. Not e en remotely close! After talking to Hayneedle I came to find out that the web page had the incorrect item number for my chairs and they were not able to locate the item number for my chairs. So, in retrospect, my family will be eating christmas dinner on the floor now and I still don't know anything about my furniture!
