This is a very nice set of dinnerware. I ordered service for 12. I received it in good time and with only 1 broken cereal bowl. Hayneedle customer service was very helpful...no hassles. The replacement is on it's way. Some of the salad plates were not embossed , but that is also being taken care of. Overall, these dishes are not too heavy, have nice glazing that does not scratch easily, are a great size, and I love that the design varies on the different pieces,yet one piece compliments the other so very well. I will use these for both casual, daily and entertaining purposes.
The only reaseon I can't give a 5 star rating is that some of the dishes were not perfect to begin with, but I would certainly not hesitate to order them, since the customer service is great! Great price, too!
