When we received our rack, we discovered that the large glass etched shelve was broken in the left hand corner. Your company was good enough to ship us a new shelf with in 7 days. However the new shelf arrived shattered. You then said you would send us a new shelf. We are waiting for it to arrive hopefuly unbroken. My wife and i are 69 yrs old and have spent several hours disassembling shipping crates and hauling them 20 miles round trip to the recycling center as the trash people don't take things like that. Now we have another crate coming to unpack and dispose of. We very much like our rack, but this process is tiring
