I ordered 16 of these chairs for my small coffee shop. They were paid in full with my Visa card. I was told 3 would be delivered, then 1 would be delivered, followed by the remaining 12. The first 4 were delivered and they're fine. The following day I receive an email stating the shipping had changed to "drop ship" and I had to re-order the remaining 12 chairs. I couldn't afford to put the cost of 12 more chairs without a credit for the other 12 first, but nonetheless, I went to the order page. The chairs had DOUBLED IN PRICE!!! I immediately phoned customer service and no one had an answer for me?!! They could care less. It's been 3 days and they have YET to get back to me! They advertised a price, I agreed to the price, paid it in full, they accepted my payment with no back orders. That is a legal contract for all 16 chairs to be the same price. Now the remaining 12 chairs cost TWICE AS MUCH?!! They aren't a top 100 Internet Retailer and their credit rating of A+ with the Better Business Bureau is a fraud. I plan to report them immediately. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN STICK IT TO YOU! MY ORDER WAS OVER $2,000.00 DOLLARS!!
