About Mosaic Table Tops
The mosaic tiles are hand-set and grouted with industrial adhesives for maximum durability. What this means is if the mosaic top gets wet, the grout won't dry out and crack like traditional standard grout would. The top is then finished and sealed with an industrial-grade sealant called Fluorocarbon for superior protection. Natural wear and tear of elements may lead to blistering of the silicone top seal and natural aging of the tile materials. The hand-forged wrought-iron table frame is dipped in a zinc-phosphate bath and then electrostatically coated to help create a weather-resistant coating to delay the onset of rust. Following a quality check for strength and durability, iron welds are ground for aesthetic appeal. Finally, a powder-coated finish is applied and baked onto the iron for stronger color and protection. As fetching as it is functional, this is a piece that will never go out of style.

We recommend protecting your furniture from the elements, in harsh climates cover or store it for the winter. With regular use and care, this furniture is designed to last for generations.

Recommended Care for Mosaic Tabletops:
Small cracks in grout, small holes in stone surfaces, and color oxidation are common reactions to nature and under normal use have no impact on product quality. Clean mosaic surfaces with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly. If the surface is stained with wine or coffee, wipe away immediately with mild soap and water. Do not use detergents or chemicals to clean surface as this will damage the tabletops' protective coating. We do recommend storing the table top in a shed or garage in areas that freeze in winter to prolong the life of the materials used. The table top can be removed from the base and placed on its side for storage. Cover with blankets or towels and keep moisture away from the top during storage.

Recommended Care for Wrought Iron Frames:
Wipe clean with mild dish soap and water, dry with a soft cloth, do not use harsh chemicals. It is advisable to treat the frames with liquid wax for maximum protection against UV light. If a nick or chip does happen to occur, use a Rustoleum-type spray paint from your local hardware store to touch up. To prolong the life of the frame finish, cover or store out of the elements when not in use, especially in harsh winter climates.

Recommended Care for Cushions: Spot clean with mild dish soap and water. Can also be hosed off and air dried. As general maintenance, avoid allowing dirt to build up on cushions. We recommend storing cushions when not in use to prolong the life, if cushions do get wet, simply stand on end and allow water to drain out the seam.
