Service and delivery comments:
The box the furniture arrived in was torn apart with the legs sticking out of it. The furniture itself was damaged, apparently dropped on the front, top, right corner.
By the time I was able to completely unpack it myself and inspect it, I was able to catch the delivery person and he told me to call who I purchased it from and then drove off.
After speaking to Customer Service I learned I should have refused it but since I did not, they had to charge my card a 2nd time to get a new unit sent out before they could pick up the damaged unit in the next week.
