The fountain is very easy to set up and to move from one place to another. It is compact and fits in a lot of different places. The motor is very quiet. The fountain itself does not splash, so add some small rocks if you want a nice soothing trickle. You can change out the rocks for different looks, depending on where you have it. I used small colored glass pebbles in the bathroom and local granite chunks from local rivers in the living room. There is a small plant box on the side which I put an interesting succulent in and finished it off nicely.

I have to unplug unit from wall each time I use it. My other unit priced 1/2 as much has an on and off switch. A tag stating the unit must be used on a ground circuit protector outlet is attached. I believe this is not allowed without a switch on/off in USA. Thick but cheap cord.
Technically I should only use this in the garage or back bathroom!! The unit itself is quiet and I like it. Dissappointed with the power design.
