Description

POLES
Set features anodize aircraft aluminum poles. 2.25-inch O.D. with a 1/8-inch W.T., tubes are ribbed providing extra strength and less surface area for sand or dirt to jam together. Tubes telescope to men's, women's or junior heights with double reinforced push button locking device, with a 43.5 inch closed length. Track on middle tube holds a steel cam-buckle with a nylon web tension strap, for quick tension of bottom net cable. With net attached, all tubes can be rolled up together with net, for convenient storage, tubes weight of 6(lbs) Each.

NET
Power #CNR Net 32 X 3-foot, #27 knotted nylon netting, rope cable top and bottom, ¾-inch wooden end dowels with four grommets and tie cords per side. Two-inch 13-oz. vinyl top and bottom tapes 3-inch sides.

ROPE GUYLINES & STAKES
Two guylines per standard, quarter inch orange or yellow rope. Extra large pull-down slide bar handles. Chain loops on each guyline provide quick and secure attachment to 12 X 3/8-inch nail stake. Guyline storage hand winder provided.

BOUNDARY ROPE
Pre-measured 30 x 60 quarter inch rope boundary line with preformed loops. Four 5-inch steel stakes, with bungee cord attached. Storage hand winder, ready for grass play.

BAG
Durable 1000-denier polyester bag, 50 x 14-inch with handles, full-length double zipper, stake pocket, and room for a ball.

Assembly

Some of our products are shipped partially assembled. Assembly instructions are included. Carefully read the instructions and acquaint yourself with the parts, bolts and screw sizes before starting assembly. POLES AND NET SET UP Assemble guy cables per enclosed directions. Then slip the nail stakes through open chain loop on guy cable, and drive two stakes into ground for each pole with hammer. (Figure A & B) CAUTION: STAKES MUST BE DRIVEN ALL THE WAY DOWN INTO THE GROUND, WITH ONLY CHAIN LOOPS SHOWING ABOVE GROUND! Slide bottom tube inside middle tube, you will have to hold the snap button closed with fingers, until it locks into place at first hole setting on bottom middle tube. Tie the net to eye bolt at pole top if not already done. Extend pole to desired height, snap button will lock into position at each height setting. The pole provides three heights, men's, women's & junior. Now loop each steel ring on guy line over top of pole, ring will rest on eyebolt. (Figure A) Stand pole up and angle towards center court unless you have someone to hold it, and repeat 1 through 2 for other pole. Now stand both poles up and apply tension to top net rope by pulling downwards with slide bar handles on guy cables. Connect spring snap on bottom webbing tension strap to net bottom cable. (Figure A) Tie off the other side to bolt, and cinch bottom tension strap. Net height can be adjusted by moving cam-buckle to other hole setting on pole, ten settings are provided to allow for 36" and 39" deep nets. The last thing to do is apply tension to webbing tension straps or rope tie cords from net tapes and dowel rods back to the pole. If your net has webbing straps, pull on each webbing strap; do not pull to hard, but just enough to stretch the mesh of the netting and vinyl out. Pulling too hard can cause undue wear on netting and vinyl, or break plastic tension buckle. With the right amount of tension applied to netting, the dowel rod tape will be even with top and bottom tapes. If you have a net with rope tie cords either two or four, you will need to tie them back around poles to stretch netting mesh out. Pulling too hard can cause the grommets to be ripped away from the vinyl. For storage, remove bottom tube and telescope top tube all the way through the middle tube. The net and tie cords can be left on and rolled up onto the tubes. After use on sand we recommend that you separate all tubes and put into case. Hose tubes out with clean water to remove sand and dirt before telescoping together. Store system in cool dry place do not expose to prolonged periods in the sun, or rain, store on flat surface away from heat source. For set up at beach, keep sand out of telescoping pole. Try not to let poles fall onto sand during set up or take down. Poles could jam together, if pole is closed while sand is inside. After playing on sand do not close poles, take apart, roll up into net, and put in carrying case as separate tubes. Hose out with fresh water at home to remove all sand from inside and outside of tubes, let dry in vertical position before telescop-ing together. You should have no problems, if you follow directions carefully.
