For 30 years I've been batteling my husband's heavy metal wheelbarrow. Now that I'm older and less strong I don't even try anymore. It is hard to balance empty and impossible full. This sturdy little cart is the perfect soluthion. My husband laughed when it arrived. Now, I have to be the early bird and get the cart first or I'll find he has commandeered it for the day. When I have a heavy bag to move, such as mulch, I find this cart perfect. I lay down the cart, flip in the bag and easily stand the cart. No more lifting for me when it comes to yard clean up and just about every thing else.

I bought this as a gift for my Mother, and she is very happy with it. She says it rolls much easier than she expected and likes the wide wheels. I would rate it a good value relative to other carts I've seen.

Comments about Precision Garden/Yard Cart:
As usual these days I had to make some mechanical adjustments to make the thing work. An elderly male or female would not be using this item unless they had the tools to fix it. The axle would not go through the wheel hubs and I had to slightly bore the holes out so the wheels could turn freely. They are using carriage bolts to secure the axle to the tub. The tub is made out of plastic and the metal carriage bolts root out the holes that somebody thinks will hold the carriage bolts in place when you cinch everything down. I changed out the hardware with heavier bolts and washers to protect the plastic. It was also missing some minor parts that I replaced. Not impressed and I doubt I'll be back. Still waiting for the second part of the order that is a week or two still to come.

Comments about Precision Garden/Yard Cart:
I have used these carts for years for moving manure to dump into endloader and I needed an extra one. Now I've got four. Holds just enough for easy dumping. Tub usually lasts for 5-6 years and is economical to replace. I noticed on this one that the tires are thinner. Easy to put together.

Comments about Precision Garden/Yard Cart:
Received as Christmas gift 2011. Assembled New Years Day 2012. Had to grind wheel hubs to attach to axle. Rest of assembly went smoothly. Used for spring and fall leaf and grass clean up. Used to bring up firewood from woodpile. Today with 3pcs of split firewood the plastic cart split. Less than 40 lbs. A long ways from 400 lbs. Didn't even make 1 year of use. Poor quality for this price in my opinion. Could not recommend this product for any gardener. Cannot repair will have to throw away. What a waste.

Comments about Precision Garden/Yard Cart:
I was looking forward to recieving my garden cart. When it arrived and I opened the box I was very dissapointed. The wheels were covered with dirt and by the packaging it was apparent that it was a returned item.So needless to say it went right back. It is unfortunate because it was just what I was looking for.

Comments about Precision Garden/Yard Cart:
One of the wheels was a disaster and ,because hub was not aligned well, had difficult time getting it on axle and it does not turn freely on the axle. In addition, on that wheel the tire was improperly mounted. There are bolts in the kit that should have washers along with the nuts. How costly would it be to include some 1/4" washers? The stand I think should be designed such that it can be released..very difficult if the cart needs to go up stairs or across a ditch. Only one bolt holds the handle to the stand and does not align well. It will be interesting to see how this holds up with heavy loads of firewood. In general, I think this product is cheaply and sloppily made. Oh, and the hubcaps keep falling off which is the only thing holding on the wheels. Wouldn't a cotter pin have been much better on the end of that axle? I guess I'm going to need to drill a hole for a cotter pin as I can't have the wheels falling off when I'm toting a load of firewood. I'm very disappointed with this product. It's a shame too that it would take so little to make this a decent product. The way it is I consider it an inferior product.
