a piece broke after assembly. if you weigh more than 150 lbs. you should probably not sit on it!

Very pleased. This bench is sturdy, has nice clean lines and a good finish. It took a minute to figure out from the holes which side was which, but other than that went together easily. I have it next to my door for putting on and taking off shoes. It makes everything look neater. The backing is only finished on one side (inside) so you'll want to place the bench againt the wall or another piece of furniture.

I'm using this as a bench in my entry way I put baskets in the bottom to store gloves in the winter time, and outdoor, quick to grab, items for the summer time. Great item!
