I have a herniated disc and I am using the table to relieve the stress on the disc so it can heal also the table can help relieve other back related aches and pains. I love the quality of the table considering the price I was very impressed! The table arrived on time and free freight whats not to like? No negative comments

An inversion table is great to have but there are a couple problems with this one...It is large and does not store easily, but more importantly the strap does not hold. We had to replace with a chain even though I am only 120 lbs! It slips and slides until you are completely inverted with feet toward the ceiling. Don't trust it, you could end up injured. Replace with a sturdy chain or use extra rope to tie it in the location you want it in.
