When l received this the outer carton was intact so l accepted it. After opening it there was another product carton inside which had obviously been dropped on the corner by the seller, taped up and shipped that way which l think is very poor customer service. I'm still waiting on 6 replacement parts as I had crushed corners, scratched pieces and cracks also. If it hadn't been so heavy l would have shipped it back. The instructions are well done and all the hardware was there and l think it will be a nice piece of furniture

This is a nice product and Hayneedle is very easy to deal with. Assembly is fairly straightforward even for non-handy types like myself. The only negative is that one pie e was scratched and while Hayneedle has contacted the manufacturer for the part, we are still wIting for it. All in all however, I would recommend this product.

Fits beautifully in the space for which I bought it. It looks elegant - certainly much more expensive looking than what I paid. I couldn't be more pleased and have nothing negative to say about it.
Service and delivery comments:
Was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver.
It less than a week. The delivery man was very pleasant and did a good job. He checked to see if the mirror part was ok and it was. Couldn't be more pleased with the delivery process.
