I already had two (2) of these feeders that I'd bought from another supplier so I was familiar with them. The two (2) I already owned were for my adopted rescue Shih Tzus. The two (2) new ones on this purchase were for a Shih Tzu I am fostering who is being adopted. I always like to send my foster "kids" to a new home fully supplied with everything to make their transition and their new life the most comfortable possible. These feeders do that.
Service and delivery comments:
My delivery was past the "expected delivery date" which was mildly inconveniencing since I needed these on a certain date when my foster Tzu was scheduled to go to his adoptive family.
