As other reviews have said, the shipping container was badly damaged and some of the bolts and screws were missing-and they could not be replaced at any hardward store. So Hayneedle sent another heater, along with a return shipping lable and told me to get whatever parts I needed from the 2nd one and ship it back. So that's what I did! But just after getting the heater our weather has turned crazy hot, so I have not had a chance to try it out. I also bought a cover for it (it does NOT come with a cover of any kind) and bought a contrasting long scarf to tie around it's "waist" so it wouldn't look so overbearing with the cover on. It's quite cute that way actually!
