Comments about Reebok Kettlebell with DVD:
This is a good starter kettlebell, and the fact that it comes with an instructional DVD is great. I didn't want to start with too heavy a weight, and 10 pounds is a good beginning point.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery was quick - right on time and well packaged. This item was sold out at several local stores, but I was able to get it quickly and for the same price through hayneedle. Since it's such a heavy item, the fact that the shipping was free was great!

Comments about Reebok Kettlebell with DVD:
I hate working out in front of people, I dislike gyms, but I'm badly out of shape after being holed up all winter, sitting on the couch watching How I Met Your Mother, and eating Christmas cookies- it was time for a fitness routine!!
Well, I just tried the 10lb kettlebell workout this weekend to start getting in shape for my wedding which is only 4 months away. Holy cow... I can barely walk up and down stairs today and even had trouble lowering myself to sit in my chair at work! That's great- it means this workout actually did something!
I didn't bend as as low as the instructor in the dvd, because I have a bad lower back and didn't want to aggravate it, but I am going to work up to it slowly for a few weeks, and I still felt the benefits of the workout.
The workout dvd has two levels- beginners (which is what I did) and a more advanced lesson, which I probably won't be ready for for at least two or three months. It definitely worked out my thighs and butt area the most- I feel as if I've done a hundred squats. I can also feel the soreness (the good kind) in my shoulder blades, but less so in my arms- I'll have to look up some arm lifts to add to the routine.
There's a good, guided stretch at the end of the workout as well. I also LOVE that this little kettlebell barely takes up space in my tight apartment. Highly recommended!
