Comments about Relax Chaise - Cappuccino:
Great style, quality leather and fine wood finish. Delivery was a mess but product not damaged.
Assembly took 4-hrs do to faulty placement of internal fittings (screws). Also fastner settings were stripped screws and could not be properly seated. Assembly directions were usless.
Product damaged in manufacture...a misplaced srew punctured the leather. Probably should be returned or atleast "sold as a Second".
