These pillow were way too plump! Tried to flatten them just a bit(by leaving under my mattress for the day) the good thing was they plump back right to the original form. If you sleep with one pillow this might be enough support. I sleep with 2 pillows other family members sleep with one and still didn't find these comfortable. Will use for guest pillows.

i bought this product because of persistent back pain. the ad said the pillow provided good back/neck support-and it did. my back stopped hurting the first night i slept on it. it stays cool and firm. definitly would buy again.
