Description

The sleek elegance of the Riverside Harmony Dining Table Set will suit traditional decor and create an open, luxurious feel in your dining room. This beautiful set consists of a dining table and two matching chairs. The dining table is constructed of Mindi hardwood solids and veneers. Mindi is a dense, open-grained wood that's similar to American Oak and highly valued in furniture-making due to its durability and its ease in accepting stain. It is stained a natural, medium antique oak. The tabletop features a signature natural quarried-slate inlay, surrounded by thick wood frames. An 18-inch leaf is included, which extends the table to 60 inches in length, ideal for large gatherings - it can seat up to six people.

Also included in this set are two side dining chairs, each constructed of a Mindi-wood-veneered seat with gorgeous metal framework scrolls on the legs for a surprising accent. The wood of the chairs is stained to match the antique oak of the table.

Assembly is required on the table; when completed, it measures 42L x 42W x 30H inches (without the leaf inserted). The chairs arrive fully assembled and measure 22W x 24.5D x 40.75H inches.

Care

Placing hot items such as coffee mugs or dinner plates on furniture can soften the finish. Condensation from cold objects or liquid spills can cause the finish to "bubble" and discolor. Use of coasters, trivets, and placemats is recommended. Always use a protective pad beneath lamps or accessories and on writing surfaces. Do not place rubber or vinyl products on the surface of your furniture, as discoloration or staining may occur as a result. It is recommended that you clean your furniture with a damp, clean, dust cloth. A mild detergent may be applied if necessary. Avoid oil-based polishes and direct-spray polishes, which will cause a waxy buildup.
