Description
Hospitality will be at its best in your home with the inviting charm of the Medley 5 pc. Drop Leaf Dining Table Set. The tabletop is constructed of marble marquetry in a beautiful mosaic pattern in an attractive wood frame, perfectly offset by four shapely twisted metal legs, joined by the unique design of interlocking metal stretchers. The drop leaf transforms the table from a rectangle to a square, adding more seating for guests. Open dimensions: 40L x 40W x 30H inches.
Four coordinating Medley side chairs completes this dining set. The metal frame is finished in wildwood taupe, complementing the lightly distressed Camden finish over the woven raffia chair back. The seat height is 18 inches. Assembly required.

Looks nice in my dining area, I really like the set as a 3 piece. Things to be aware of: The legs on the ends are too narrow to allow the chairs to slide in. I would not have purchased 4 chairs knowing this. The other 2 chairs only slide in if the leafs are up. If they are down again your chairs stick out. Being this is the case I can not have the leafs in the drop position. Defeats the purchase of drop leafs. This should only be sold as a set of 3 pieces not 5. Quality looks good, one of my chairs metal had a crack. To be fair instead of having me return the 2 chairs, they gave me full credit for 2 chairs as the other had 1 small flaw also. For the price, I didn't expect to have to settle for any flaws. Hayneedle offered the discount/credit easily and were good to work with. Customer service was excellent.My main complaint is I assumed this set was made in the USA since Riverside Furniture is in Little Rock. (I purposely did my homework, and only want Made in the USA furniture. To much of my disappointment the boxes all said made in [*] this really irked me.I have to admit the set looks very nice in my small dining area.

delivery was on a reasonable schedule
the legs on the ends are too narrow to allow the chairs to slide in. I would not have purchased 4 chairs knowing this. The other 2 chairs only slide in if the leafs are up. If they are down again your chairs stick out. This should only be sold as a set of 3 pieces not 5. Quality looks good, one of my chairs metal had a crack. Also received a bit of discount off the table for some scrapping on the end of the table bottom wood, which I decided to keep and put that end against the wall. I assumed this set was made in the US since Riverside Furniture is in Little Rock. The boxes all said made in China, this really irked me, as I purposly intended to purchase US made goods. But I have to admit the set looks very nice in my small dining area.
