The only confusing part was the picture - is base included? It is not! I have a small solar bubbler in here and self contained fountain on my patio is wonderful!

THIS IS AN OVERPRICED PRODUCT HAS NO HEFT NO DRAINAGE HOLE AND TOO SHOLLOW TO WORK WITH AS A PLANTER FOR OTHER THEN MOSS.I WOULD FEAR IT WOULD BLOW AWAY IN A STRONGE WIND.
I FULLY INTEND TO RETURN FOR CREDIT.
