Lifting and flipping the top can be a bit difficult, as it is heavy; but it is also very sturdy and well made.

It's a beautiful ottoman, but the lid is very heavy and I planned to use flip it over to use as the table side for eating as I live in a small apartment. The storage inside isn't as large as I had hoped. Assembly would have been easier if instructions as to where to put the legs and casters on bottom would have been included instead of just pictures. There was a rip in the leather near the bottom that you can't really see, but for the money I paid, I was disappointed to find it.

Love it!! There was a little tear in the lid and they shipped a new one out to me immediately. Didn't even make me return the original one first. Let me use the box the second one came in. Got many compliments on it already!! Some peoe said it was to heavy in the review, but u don't carry it around!!!
Would recommend it- trust me- there aren't many stores that sell these!

This box arrived in my home when expected and was super easy to "assemble" I just had to screw on the feet (I didn't put on the optional wheels). The item is heavy and seems well-made and sturdy. It's exactly as I expected to be. The only issue I have is that it looks so good, you can now tell how cheap my couch is. Oh well!

This ottoman met all of our needs - it matches our living room set, it is child-friendly and can be used as an ottoman, it has storage inside, and the lid can be flipped to become a large tray. The leather might not be the highest grade, but it doesn't look cheap or fake. The stitching improves it's appearance. The top of the tray is kind of matte in appearance, but when we do flip it I expect we will be putting platters and trays on it anyway. The top is rather heavy - I need my husband to help me flip it. The casters and feet are installed with a drill. My husband was able to do it quickly and he is not a wizard of a handyman.

This is a steal. The leather looks very nice and the size is just right for our family room. The brown is rich chocolate brown and I love the storage space. It was not hard to assemble. We are very happy with our purchase.
