I bought the white epoxy coated Saffron Kitchen Tower to stack two 17"W x 20"D food dehydrators & free up kitchen counter space by using the remining shelves for my crockpot, rice cooker, toaster oven, toaster, etc. The OUTSIDE measurement of the tower is 18"W x 18"D, but the INSIDE dimensions between the legs are 15-1/2"W x 15-1/2"D, so sadly my large garden-size dehydrators would not fit into this Saffron Tower. A 4-shelf or 5-layer 18x24x63 wire shelving cart would fit my dehydrator. The dehydrator would fit an 18"W opening, because the dehydrator's opening door is 15"W as long as the inside length of the tower is at least 20"L. I decided to keep this Saffron Kitchen Tower baker's rack for storing canning jars and extra storage. You can order extra shelves for the Saffron Tower with the extra parts order form that comes with the tower. The shelves are adjustable in 1-inch increments. Shelf capacity is 500 lbs. Wheel castors can be added or the leveling feet can be elevated or lowered. No tools are required for assembly. The tower is inexpensive and pretty and small enough for a small kitchen.
