[...]went together easily. [...]. My instructions did not show straps, but rather some sort of plastic 1x2's, and the plastic weed barrier did not have drainage holes as shown in the picture. [...]. Not wanting to wait to receive the buckle, I went ahead and purchased a nylon strap with buckles at [...] so I could finish assembling the sandbox. I filled the sandbox with 1,000 lbs of play sand. Kids had a ball playing in it this afternoon. When I went to put on the cover, I had an issue. The shock cords for the sandbox cover are placed through a fabric loop on the inside of the cover and knotted. The knots on mine pulled through on each corner, so I had to double & triple knot to stop the shock cord from pulling out. The company should use one of those plastic balls that you pinch to slide on & off like on jackets or camping gear shock cords. Overall I would rate the sandbox a little better than average.
