Quick delivery, good protective packaging and all pieces were there and in good shape. Assembly is time consuming but when completed it is an attractive, sturdy addition to my office. The doors open and close smoothly. This purchase exceeded my expectations. Assembly of this isn't for the novice, but with a couple of good screwdrivers and some common sense while paying close attention to the directions (which are well written) you shouldn't have any problems.

Arrived very quickly! Super heavy- was surprised..couldn't lift by myself. Counted all parts 1st. All there, so was very happy wouldn't have to wait! I got to step 4 or 5 (?) had to stop.. didn't understand the instructions for the next step. Worked on it several hrs then had husband finish. He did it much quicker. A few scratches but cant see once put together & standing it looks great! love it. Shopped with Hayneedle before-A+++

File cabinet is bigger and sturdier than I expected. Very nice product. Took a little time to assemble, but fairly simple.
Service and delivery comments:
The product had a crack in the top veneer and Hayneedle sent a replacement part in a couple days. I am extremely pleased with the customer service. Hayneedle's customer service far exceeded my expectations.
