I purchased and the first machine didn't work out of the box. Two repair calls later they still couldn't fix so they sent me another which had the same problem out of the box. They were unable to fix and now I'm fighting for a refund. Two machines with the same problem and I've not been able to use either after three months of repairs. The tech repairing who was contracted by Schwinn said the build quality was awful.

I purchased the elliptical because my doctor had requested many times over the past 3 years to begin exercising. I had a friend who has worked out on the elliptical and has has lost 20 pounds and is still losing weignt. He had indicated that it puts minimal impact on your joints. I have decided to give this a try. I know I need to exercise and I now have no execuse not to exercise.
