bought this clock to replace 20+ year old clock I'd gotten with "green stamps" many years ago. I'd really enjoyed the clock for many years but it had gotten so it wouldn't keep time even with new batteries and when I tried to get it repaired was told it would cost as much as a new clock so I was happy when I was able to find identical clock.

We contacted the Seiko Company and the representative told us that she had the same clock and it was five minutes off. Hayneedle was very willing to exchange the clock for us but could not say if the
next clock would chime accurately or even worse. I think people should be worned about this before ordering. We thought Seiko was reputable. Very disappointed and upset.
