I received the package quickly and was notified all during the shipping process. However, when I opened the well-packed package the nut that holds the hands in place was loose in the face of the clock. Therefore, I need to return it for a replacement. Hopefully that will go as smoothly as ordering it. Do you provide a pick up service>
