These two owls are so cute; they provide a perfect accent in the corner of our yard where we don't have any Malibu landscaping lights. The eyes provide just enough lighting without being ostentatious. They are of a good quality ceramic-type material and are heavy enough that our Las Vegas wind won't blow them away.

Very pleased with how well the solar panels in these owls store the charge! The patio wall where I wanted to set them only allows the panels to capture about 3-4 hours of direct sunlight in the late afternoon. I thought this might be a problem and I would have to move the owls into more sunlight during the day for them to get a full charge, but that has not been an issue. Their eyes start shining at dusk and are still going strong when we retire for the night. The light from the eyes, however, is more intense than I would like for owls' eyes. Am looking for amber LED bulbs to replace the cold, blue/white look of the bulbs that are currently in them. Hoping that will give a warmer, glowing effect. Overall, I love how these owls look.
