All 32 layers were formed by folding, welding, grinding, and then polishing for a knife worthy of use by the master of your kitchen. The knife is then beveled for lateral precision, featuring a 16-degree convex ground that creates an extreme edge ready for any slicing task. The hammered finish not only adds a striking visual appeal, but is crafted to release food easily when cutting.
