I love the concept of what I ordered, however it arrived with a broken hinge. I am afraid to send it back because the original delivery was so poor. I am trying to get a carpenter to fix it here.
Service and delivery comments:
Advertised a delivery date, which came and went with no notification or update. I had to contact hay needle to see what was going on with my order. The customer service rep was very helpful and professional and got an answer for me right away, but I should not have had to call and the supplier should not have advertised a delivery date that was not achievable.
