Bought two of these chairs in Oatmeal based on appearance online. The color online is VERY inaccurate compared to what is shipped! The color is not cream, or crisp, it is a dingy almost light taupe. So be careful when choosing a color! They'll accept the chairs back as a return, however you pay shipping back because it's a 'preference issue'. Shipping cost back for each chair through ups or fed ex is almost as much as the cost of EACH chair!

Ordered 1 chair in I think it's Oatmeal, and can I say this chair is so great that I am going to order 3 more! I dragged the one chair I ordered into my den, livingroom, and bedroom. The chair is not bulky, and looks great in small or large spaces. It's easy to assemble. I put it together by myself, while wearing a wrist brace! It took me about 5 minutes. Comes with all the tools needed to put the pieces together, however, a socket wrench will be needed to insure the 2 bolts are secure. If you dont have that, then pliers will work fine, which is what I used. I will say that if you order the microsuede tray ottoman, the color of it and this chair are slightly off, but still look great. So, keep that in mind. This chair is comfortable, feels good, looks good, and is perfect. The only thing that would make this better is if it were already treated with scotchguard!
