This is a great smoker for the price. I have used several different smokers in the past. It does a great job and you don't have to check it all the time. I did replace the temperature gauge on the door due to the bad reviews. I would recommend this product. I think the company should install a commercial grade gauge though. Temperature is most important when smoking different types and cuts of meat! I have no problem in controlling the temperature as some have in the past. No problem at setting temperature at 220 or below.

Received this as a gift. Already had a wood smoker and wanted a propane/wood smoker. Size is great plenty of room to smoke multiple items at once. Have only used it once, and it held the temp really well. I suspect I will get alot of good use out of it. Assembly was easy and didn't take very long.
