The perfect big bed for my very big boy. It is soft enough but also is firm enough he doesn't sink to the bottom. Perfect support for his frame.
It cleans very easy and the white surface blends in with his fur.
It unzips easy so we can wash it and it goes back on just as simple.
The only draw back is that it is hard to store away when company is over, but so is a 120 pound lab.
A very good investment.

A bit disappointed!

The bed was great for about 3-4 weeks but it is now starting to dent in the middle. At this rate it will probably need to be replaced in less than a year. I washed the cover for the first time yesterday and it was a nightmare to get off and slightly easier to get on. My English mastiff weighs 170lbs so this bed should be able to accommodate her. I wish the foam was better quality because she loves this bed! I would recommend a more dense foam in between two layers of orthopedic foam, but this is one big piece of orthopedic foam. I have the bed on a hardwood floor and it does slide around so my other 2 mastiffs are afraid to get on it. The cover is heavy duty, very thick and I think that's due to the waterproofing material they use. I have a dog cover on top of the bed to try to minimize the washes to the cover because this thing takes up the entire washer. My search for the perfect dog bed for a mastiff continues.....

Your web site indicated that there will be no restocking fee. When we called and asked how we could exchange the bed next size we were told that a fee of $38.30 would be charged to return it. After discussion the fee was reduced to $18.15. To us that is still a fee! It is not like we cancelled the order,we exchanged it for a larger bed. To us this is misleading as it is a fee, not none. Since we may be getting a second bed we may not order over the internet. W. Lenz Jr.

We originally bought this for our 4yr old lab to have a place to sleep outside of his kennel. When we got it out of the box, our 12yr old huskie/golden mix took to it immediately. Now the lab is sleeping on her old bed and she has claimed this one herself.
It's big enough for HUGE or multiple dogs. A great purchase.

We are so pleased with this dog bed. It is nice and firm and, more importantly, our 2 year old Great Dane, Boaz, loves it as well. He is laying on it right now as I type this review.
