I purchased this headboard for my primary bed. [...]Quality of product was better than I expected for the price. Was very easy to assemble, hoever, when it's attached to a raised bed frame. it will actually be abouth an inch off the floor. Thought this would create a problem, but the item is sturdy enough to with stand that problem. Over all I'm very satisfied with this product!!!!

I have to be honest, I was on the edge if I should purchase from this site since I just happened to find this place without meaning to. I read the reviews and it was mixed messages so I decided to try it out. I bought this headboard for my room and it's the queen size. I really liked how inexpensive it was especially since I looked at a well known department store pricing and it was 3x the amount.
Although I love the simplicity of this headboard, it was not as simple to assemble it. I know I marked that it was, however, only one leg has 2 holes that align with my bed frame. The other leg was only able to align with one hole. I wish I had a powerful tool that could just drill a hole through it so it would fit better. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like. That's my only flaw on the product but I really do like how it looks overall.

This is the second time it was delivered and both times had to return it as there were scratches. It is almost like they sent me returned items as I have seen others say that it arrived scratched. Customer Service is looking into the matter and trying to talk to Hillside warehouse to see what can be done so a third one doesn't get sent that has scratches. It seems that the scratches are from the original factory....but, there is now quality control here. I love the design and hope that all can be rectified. If it does get taken care of, I will adjust my review.

Only ordered the headboard, received it with a dent on top rail, called customer service and it is being replaced. Customer service rep. Abbey was extremely helpful and arranged for both pick up and replacement delivery. The headboard itself has clean lines and adds to any decor. Thanks Abbey.

The shipping was fast. It arrived 1 day earlier than estimated. My husband and I put it together and it was very easy. The price is fantastic. I purchased the queen size headboard only. I first found this bed on [@] and the price was [$]. [@] has assigned a new name to the bed style and I wasn't able to price compare anywhere. By pure luck, I found this bed on this website and was able to save $150 compared to [@] and got free shipping. I compared this price to several other websites (once I found out the "real" name of the style of the bed). Hayneedle was the cheapest and had a secure checkout. I am still a frequent visitor to this website since I had such an awesome first time buyers experience.
