With the front drawer and two end swing-out compartments it is perfect to store pencils, puzzles and such. The bottom shelf adds more storage to keep the top clear. Design in the top woodgrain is very nicely done.

All the corners are rounded so you wont have black and blue legs if you bumped into it,it is heavy thou and also has 3 drawers that come in handy for coasters and remotes to keep in the table when not being used and easy to find when needed. It is a well built table and this is comeing from a Cabinetmaker --- ME
