A couple of the turn button connectors broke very easily. We love the unit. Looks great and holds all our gear.

The stand was easy to assemble (about 2 hours)although I did end up breaking a few screws for the drawer by over torqing them. The piece is very solid and sturdy and much heavier than I thought it would be. The big fault I have with the tv stand is is nicks extremely easy. I was able to color in most of them but I would have expected the stand to withstand minor encounters.
Overall, I am quite pleased with the purchase.

I recently bought a new entertainment center and I just received it yesterday.[...] There were cracks in one board and one part of another board came straight off. I was picking it up and it seems like it was glued and it came clear off. I would have been happy about the purchase otherwise, but I am not sure what to do now. I have a half put together entertainment center that I can't finish without missing parts and there are damaged parts. I look forward to hearing from you.

I was looking for a good piece of furniture to put my new Samsung DLP 61” 750 on, and wanted something that was both elegant yet affordable. This stand exceeded all my expectations. This is a solid piece of furniture, not that flimsy [...] stuff. It can hold quite a bit of weight too, and it fits all of my components well; it was a snug fit for my Onkyo SR-606 receiver. There are pre-cut holes in the back for the cords to your electronic components, but the back is solid wood, not that flimsy cardboard stuff you get on other furniture. After it’s put together, it is a great looking piece of solid furniture. As for the cons, there are only a few. First of all, it's a bit of a process to put together, but it certainly gives it a firm feel when it's completed; just be ready to give it a solid 3-4 hours. Its solid nature adds to its' weight, and it is HEAVY for a piece of furniture its size; this is fine, however, because it means its stable for all your precious electronics. My receiver gets pretty hot with the door closed, so I leave it open when I’m running all the electronics. Pay close attention when constructing, because some of the screws look very similar, and you don’t want to mix them up! Just follow the directions meticulously. All in all, though, you can’t beat the price for this sturdy, fine looking piece of furniture!

I use the stand for my new flat screen LCD TV as well as my audio components (surround sound). The new look is super. Unfortunately, the stand came with a few crushed places, but they were on the back, so they can't be seen. Also, the drawer has a hairline crack in it. It wasn't noticed until the stand was unpacked and being assembled. We glued it back together. In all, this is a heavy-duty piece of furniture with a nice appearance that holds other components easily.
