upon receiving this heart rate monitor/watch I was very pleased with the easy set up. The directions were simple an accurate, the chest strap is comfortable and after one ride it seems to be accurate. I can't give it a five star rating yet based on the fact that I have not used it enough but as of right now I'm very pleased. This is a great buy and I think it will work well with what ever kind of exercise you will be using it for! The 5 year warrenty was a big factor in my purchase!
