We have all of our pots hanging on this rack. It works really well. The only downside is the short chains that were provided. We had to go [...] get chains long enough. We have high slanted ceilings. Also, the hanging points are only 15 or 18 inches apart, so only two out of four of the chains are in studs.

Cons:
1) For the price they could have at least supplied anchor bolts if appropriate studs could not be used.
2) Easy to align if you have a good (horizontal & vertical laser level) otherwise it could be difficult.
